Overview
Effstone Events is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and creative Event Host to lead our Sip & Paint experiences across Manchester.
This is not just a painting role – you will be the face of the event, creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting Sip & Paint events for groups of up to 50 guests
- Guiding attendees through a painting session in a fun and engaging way
- Speaking confidently in front of large groups
- Creating a lively, positive and entertaining atmosphere
- Working closely with the Event Manager, event staff and venue teams
- Helping ensure events run smoothly from start to finish
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Essential Requirements
- Must be based in Manchester or the surrounding area
- Must be confident speaking in front of groups of up to 50 people
- Must have a friendly, bubbly and outgoing personality
- Must be reliable, professional and punctual
- Must be comfortable leading and engaging large groups
- Must have painting experience
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- ⭐ Experience teaching art or painting
- ⭐ Experience hosting events
- ⭐ Experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer-facing roles
- ⭐ Public speaking or presentation experience
