Duties
- Deliver live presentations, demonstrations, or product showcases with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Engage actively with viewers through chat interactions, answering questions, and encouraging participation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content ideas aligned with campaign goals
- Maintain a lively and approachable on-camera presence that captures audience attention
- Ensure all content complies with company standards and branding guidelines
- Assist in setting up equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting for live sessions
- Monitor live broadcast performance and respond promptly to technical issues or viewer feedback
- Contribute to the planning of future live events by providing creative input and insights based on viewer engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in presenting, broadcasting, or related roles within marketing or customer service environments
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written formats; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Ability to work confidently under pressure in a fast-paced environment during live sessions
- Organised, punctual, and reliable with a professional appearance and demeanour
- Familiarity with social media platforms, streaming tools, and basic technical setup is preferred
- A proactive attitude with a passion for engaging storytelling and audience interaction
