At Soccer Sensations Teesside, we specialize in hosting fun-filled football parties for children aged 6 to 13 years old. We believe that every child should have an amazing birthday experience, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lead party coach!
This role would be ideal for a candidate who is studying a sports or education qualification at College or University or for someone looking for a flexible part time role to work around a busy schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- To: Lead and supervise engaging football games and activities for diverse groups of children, ensuring everyone is included and having fun.
- To: Create a lively and positive atmosphere that keeps children excited and engaged throughout the party.
- To: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship.
- To: Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians, making sure that the birthday child has the best possible experience.
- To: Assist with party setup and cleanup, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- A fun, energetic personality with a passion for football and working with kids.
- Experience in working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to effectively manage diverse groups, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Flexible availability to work weekends and during school holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with children and parents alike.

Hours of Work:
Hours of work for this position are based on this role being on a casual basis (e.g. as and when required as per the needs of the business) at peak time this position can offer a suitable candidate work of up to 8-10 hours across a busy weekend and potentially additional General Assistant shifts on weeknights to supplement income.
As Children’s football parties are primarily only available on a weekend this is mainly a job that requires the suitable candidate to be available on a Saturday and Sunday (typically between the hours of 11am till 6pm) in term-time and on weeknights and during the day in school holidays.
