Carer / Support Worker – Essex (Chigwell & Barkingside)

Role includes
- Driving clients to day service and supporting activities at day service. (2-1 support)
- Personal care & daily living support
- Supporting people with physical impairments
- Community access & activities (incl. 2:1 support)
- Medication support, hoisting & gastrostomy feeding (full training provided)
Essential
- Experience supporting individuals whose behaviour may challenge
- Person‑centred, caring approach
- Able to work independently & within a team
- To be able to drive
