Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of managers and staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Oversee programme development, including educational initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organisations to promote organisational growth.
- Monitor organisational performance through data analysis and reporting, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices within the sector.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development among staff.
- Represent the organisation at external events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its profile.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational or organisational setting.
- Strong teaching background with the ability to mentor and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or management are preferred but not essential.

Pay: £49,100.64-£142,670.94 per year
