About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking dog lover to join our team as a full-time Junior Dog Groomer! - Complete 4 full simple grooms a day
- Monitor dogs for any signs of stress, discomfort, skin issues, matting or parasites, and report concerns to the owner.
- Have a strong understanding of dog behaviour, handle dogs positively and be accommodating and patient with anxious dogs and those with health conditions
- Deliver high standards of customer service and have excellent communication skills
- Provide a kind, calm and professional experience for every dog in our care.
- Keeping workplace tidy and presentable between grooms and at the end of shifts.
- Work well under pressure – we operate a busy salon and often have multiple dogs in a short space of time
- The drive and determination to work well as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.
