We are looking for a Barista/All Rounder to join our lovely, welcoming team!

Job Title: Barista/Allrounder
- Part time, evenings and weekends
- On the job training provided, including speciality coffee
- Salary: £12.75 per hour, (Starting £10.85 for ages 18-20, depending on experience)

Main Purpose of Job:
- Be available to assist customers with the board games library and retail products
- To serve customers outstanding speciality coffee
- To prepare and serve quality food and drink
- To perform any other duties that may come up in relation to running a board game café as required.
- Be a team player
Key Tasks:
- Actively welcome customers facilitating a safe and inclusive environment
- Prepare shop for opening and closing
- Prepare food and drink, including speciality coffee
- Take bookings and orders
- Assist customers in navigating the board game collection
- Cleaning (shop floor and work spaces)
- Key holder responsibilities
- Managing table bookings
- Interacting with customers via email and WhatsApp

- Provide phenomenal customer service
- work quickly and efficiently with good communication and team work.
