Duty Manager – Leisure Centre
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Duty Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening and closing the leisure centre.
- Managing and supporting a small team of staff.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the facility.
- Maintaining health & safety standards across the centre.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting the smooth running of activities and bookings within the facility.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or customer service environments.
- Be confident leading and motivating a team.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be proactive, professional, and customer-focused.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts where required.
- Hold relevant leisure or first aid qualifications (desirable but not essential).
