Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on buildings/homes, including plumbing, painting, plastering, joinery, minor roofing repairs.
- Carry out job pricing, surveys & Inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
- Respond promptly to tenant or occupant service requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Assist in planning and executing small-scale renovation or upgrade projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination
- Driving Licence
- IT Literate
- Basic hand tools
- Demonstrated leadership qualities combined with a customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Need to be DBS cleared
