Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi Trader carpenter/floorer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects in the installations of wet rooms, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Perform multiple trades including carpentry, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, tiling, plastering, Flooring and across different projects
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks with precision and safety
- Fabricate and install structural components, fixtures, and finishes according to project specifications
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan daily tasks and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
- Assist in the preparation of materials and perform minor repairs or adjustments during project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, Flooring( vinyl )plumbing, plastering, tiling or similar construction roles
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in various trades
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling on-site challenges
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in different weather conditions for extended periods
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

Pay: £32,359.00-£42,759.00 per year
