About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable White Goods Engineer to join our growing, 5-star rated team. You’ll be out on the road, helping customers by installing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of household appliances.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy problem solving, working independently, and delivering great customer service, you’ll fit right in.
✅What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers’ homes
- Installing and removing white goods safely and efficiently
- Working on washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges, ovens, and cookers
- Managing your own daily schedule using a company-provided app
- Delivering excellent customer service on every visit
- Driving a company van across local areas
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in white goods repair and/or installation
- Good understanding of electrical safety and fault finding
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional manner with customers
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (lifting, moving appliances)
- Full UK driving licence
- Team player with a proactive attitude
