Summary
We are looking for a driven Coffee Shop Manager to manage Plant House Coffee. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the coffee shop, managing staff, driving excellent customer service and catering standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a beautiful setting, to lead and progress this already expanding venture.

Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of Plant House Coffee, ensuring high quality food service
- Manage food preparation and presentation to meet safety and quality standards
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise catering staff, providing training and support to enhance performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and catering needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain service efficiency
- Where required you will also be involved in the Duty Management of the whole garden centre site, including site security
Skills Required
- Proven experience in catering management or a similar hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Experience in menu planning and event coordination is preferred
