Tyrefix keeps the off-highway market moving with fast, reliable tyre repairs and replacements across the UK. With 100+ breakdown vehicles nationwide and a growing team, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused professional to join our Quality Team and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Review and quality-check completed job cards to ensure accuracy and compliance

Make sure work matches customer requests and safety standards
-
Spot and correct pricing or process errors before invoicing

Ensure all customer info is captured correctly (PO numbers, fleet details, etc.)

Contact customers when further work is needed

Re-log jobs if required and raise credit requests when necessary

Provide feedback to Team Leaders and liaise with Account Managers
About You:

You have an eye for detail and stay calm under pressure

Strong communicator and problem-solver

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in quality, admin, or customer service is a plus
