Overview
We are hiring a Door Supervisor for a hotel site. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and has good customer service skills. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for hotel guests, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression.
- Monitor the hotel entrance and public areas.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
- Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Complete incident reports and daily logs as required.
- Work closely with hotel staff and management.
- Follow all company and site policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in Security: Previous experience as a door supervisor.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, staff, and law enforcement.
- Conflict Resolution Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to manage the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and responding to incidents.
- Licensing: A valid Door Supervisor License is required.
- Commitment to Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour
