We are seeking a full-time barista to join our amazing, energetic and fun team at our recently opened independent café and wine bar in Horsley. This role is ideal for someone who can make amazing coffee, enjoys building great chat with customers and wants to join the best team of amazing people in Surrey!
In addition to daytime café service, we also operate as a Wine Bar on Thursday and Friday evenings, offering the opportunity to work across both café and bar settings.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the till / POS system
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Support food preparation where required (e.g. sandwiches and baking)
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding customer experience
Experience & Skills
- Previous barista experience – essential
- Previous customer-facing experience – essential
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices – advantageous
- Experience with food preparation (sandwiches / baking) – advantageous
- Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- A friendly, positive personality with excellent communication skills
