The Narrowboat is a welcoming and popular pub in the heart of Skipton, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to help lead our friendly team.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating a great atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards throughout every shift. You’ll support the management team with the day-to-day running of the pub, lead shifts confidently and help the wider team provide the best possible experience for our customers.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in a bar or similar hospitality environment
- A great team player who leads from the front
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards
- Confident, organised and reliable
- Good product knowledge, particularly beer, wines and spirits
- The ability to remain calm and positive during busy shifts
