Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Casual Bar Tender to join our team. This is a flexible, casual position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. Evening and weekend availability is essential, with additional shifts available to cover holidays, events, and busy periods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving drinks, handling cash and card payments, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and ensuring customers receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience. You'll work as part of a team to keep the bar running smoothly while following all licensing, health and safety, and age verification regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
- Restocking the bar and keeping work areas clean and organised.
- Checking identification and complying with Challenge 25.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties when required.
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods and events.
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
