About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV / Security Engineer to join our growing team based in North Wales. This is a field-based role involving installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of security systems for commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
- Service and troubleshoot security systems, including access control
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience working with CCTV and security systems
- Strong knowledge of IP networking and system integration
- Experience with alarm systems and access control (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ECS, CSCS, IPAF, or security-specific qualifications)
- Experience with leading CCTV brands and VMS platforms
- Electrical or technical background
