Streamline Contracting Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of electrical works across residential and commercial properties, including reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing, inspections, installations, and planned works.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Install and replace consumer units, lighting, sockets, and electrical accessories.
- Complete EICRs, minor works certificates, and electrical installation certificates.
- Perform electrical testing and inspection in accordance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Install and maintain emergency lighting, smoke detection, and door entry systems.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and property managers.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with current regulations.
- Maintain accurate job reports using a mobile device.
