Singing Hills is a lovely golf venue situated in a beautiful location between Brighton and Burgess Hill . The Pavilion Restaurant is a popular part of the venue, attracting many loyal customers as well as providing catering for Golf Societies and Functions.
The successful candidate will have waiting and till/cash handling experience, excellent customer service skills, be friendly, outgoing and energetic.
Be flexible with working hours. Shifts are mostly daytime, with evenings, weekend days and Bank Holidays required as necessary.
Be ‘hands on’ and motivated to work on own as well as supervise the Restaurant team.
Duties include: Organising the restaurant staff rota, ordering sundries, overseeing functions and hiring/training restaurant staff.
Other benefit: 18 Holes weekly access to the golf course
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day rota
(Must have own transport as no regular public transport available)
