In March 2025 the college achieved the Platinum accreditation in the Investors in People framework. The college is performing at a High Performing (Platinum) level and demonstrates ‘a deeply embedded culture of excellence in the way in which the organisation leads, supports, and develops its people’.
Sustainability is a key priority for Warrington & Vale Royal College, and we are committed to raising awareness and the implementation of sustainable practices in all aspects of college life. Sustainability principles are embedded across the college, and our sustainability action plan and committee are led by senior leaders to ensure that this remains a key focus.
Suitable candidates will have expert knowledge of acting and performing arts. You will be confident with the delivery and assessment of UAL qualifications in particular the level 2 and 3 Performing and Production Arts. It is essential that you are a good communicator, with a strong desire to work alongside the Curriculum Manager, ensuring high quality teaching and learning. You will embrace innovative ideas for growing the existing curriculum and further developing its reputation as the ‘go to’ place for Performing Arts. The role will include occasional evening work including performances, open days and interview evenings throughout the year.
In addition to this, applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organisational skills with an ‘excellence’ mindset.
