About Us:
Roadlink is a growing used car dealership offering a wide range of second-hand vehicles — from first cars to family cars and 4x4s. Most of our stock is either taken in as part exchange or sourced directly by our buying team. We focus on offering reliable cars at fair prices with a straightforward, friendly service. We’re a small, hands-on team where everyone plays a part, and you’ll learn a lot about sales, admin, and the motor trade day-to-day.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming enquiries and leads (majority are warm so no heavy sales pressure)
- Test driving vehicles with customers
- Completing finance applications and sales paperwork
- Managing vehicle handovers and customer collections
- Upselling warranties and insurance products
- Following up and handling aftercare where needed
- Liaising with mechanics regarding work needed on cars and ordering parts
- Carrying out basic Excel admin and using our CRM (training provided)
- Occasionally delivering cars to customers or collecting new stock
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual preferred)
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
- Organised, reliable and willing to take responsibility
- Sales experience is a bonus but not essential – we will train you
- Someone who wants to learn and grow in the role
