Employee Experience: Pay & Benefits Associate (Temporary 9 months) at Kingdom Group
This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative Pay & Benefits team, where we play a vital role in delivering an outstanding employee experience. As a key member of the team, you'll help ensure the seamless delivery of pay and benefits services, supporting our employees with professionalism, care, and expertise. At Kingdom Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a Pay & Benefits Associate who shares that commitment.
The Role
As a Pay & Benefits Associate, you’ll:
- Update and maintain the payroll system.
- Calculate statutory payments, including maternity and paternity pay.
- Support pension administration in line with workplace auto-enrolment requirements.
- Produce monthly reports to support payroll checking and reconciliation.
- Prepare leave calculations.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- HNC level qualification (or equivalent level Payroll qualification) or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong digital skills including spreadsheet analysing.
- Strong understanding of Data Protection.
