£1,100-£1,200 per day is realistic here, and our associates achieve it.
That comes from the mix, not from optimism. We are a 10-surgery, fully digitised mixed practice with a mainly new patient list and a private conversion rate well above the norm. A typical associate day is 25-29 UDAs at £28 gross, alongside private treatment converted from a fresh patient base, supported by a dedicated treatment coordinator, in-house mentorship, and a practice built to make that conversion happen. Daily gross production across the chair runs at £1,800+.

Who we are looking for
A high-performing clinician with a proven production record. We are looking for dentists currently achieving £1,500 or more per day in gross production who want a list and a support structure that lets them push beyond it.
We would particularly like to hear from you if you have experience or interest in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants or other advanced modalities.
Requirements
- GDC registration and a current NHS Performer Number
- Current daily gross production of £1,500 or more, with evidence requested at interview
- Demonstrable NHS UDA experience
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and additional training
- Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills

We are not accepting PLVE applicants for this post. Applicants requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered where they can evidence an NHS and private performance history supporting £1,800+ daily gross production.
