Responsibilities of a Senior Care Lead:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Light household chores
- Assistance with shopping
- Training, induction and mentoring
- Covering on-call
Responsibilities of a Care Co-Ordinator:
- Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model
- Where needed, assist with rota's on a daily/weekly basis
- Recruitment and selection process
- Training and induction
- Provide effective supervision and appriasals
- Motivate, support and mentor staff, when needed
- Cover on-call
Requirements:
- Reliable and flexible
- Car driver and vehicle is essential to this role
- NVQ Level 3
- Job Type - Full Time, Part Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday - including alternate weekends
- From £14.99 per hour, plus travel and mileage allowance
