Job Description
P J Kerley Recovery is looking to recruit experienced Class 1, Class 2 and 7.5-tonne HGV Recovery Drivers/Operatives to join our expanding team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in the vehicle recovery industry is essential.
- Valid Class 1, Class 2 or 7.5-tonne HGV licence (as applicable).
- Current Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph (Digi Tacho) card.
- Good knowledge of vehicle recovery procedures and road transport legislation.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and remain professional under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working as part of a structured team.
Please note: Due to the specialist nature of this role, applications from candidates without previous vehicle recovery experience will not be considered.
Successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out roadside recovery, vehicle transportation and recovery operations safely, professionally and in accordance with company procedures and current legislation.
