Chef Wanted – Join Our Brewery Team
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly brewery pub team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing quality, freshly prepared food without the pressure of a large or overly complicated menu. Our menu is small, straightforward, and focused on consistency and quality.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking our simple food menu to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Managing stock and helping to minimise waste.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Following all food safety procedures.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous kitchen or chef experience.
- Takes pride in producing great food consistently.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Holds a Food Safety qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
