We are looking for a passionate Coffee Barista and Front of House member with experience in specialty coffee and hospitality to join our contemporary restaurant and specialty cafe, with locations in Fulham (SW6) and Kensington High Street (W8). Established in 2009 and boasting our own roasting label, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a strong customer focus. Working as part of the front of house team you will ensure we deliver exceptional coffee and customer service. We take pride in using top-of-the-line equipment and partnering with renowned roasters worldwide.
Comprehensive knowledge of food, natural wines and coffee roasting would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our Head of Coffee and be proactive on ensuring we maintain the best standards on all things coffee
- Be a team player and help with other parts of the business such serving customers, taking payments and orders
- Drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead, motivate and train the front of house team to deliver outstanding coffee and customer service
- Assist with managing food and drink orders and maintaining stock levels
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere to achieve company goals
There will be opportunities to progress to management or senior positions for the right candidate as we grow to new sites in the future.
