Combat2Coffee is looking for a motivated, hands‑on Café Manager to run the visitor café at Highpoint Prison — while training and supervising prisoners who work alongside you.

What You’ll Do
- Run the day‑to‑day cafés to a professional standard
- Train and supervise prisoners in barista skills, food hygiene and customer service
- Prepare hot & cold drinks, serve customers and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Manage stock, ordering, deliveries and cost control
- Keep all food hygiene, allergen and H&S records up to date
- Oversee equipment maintenance and basic bookkeeping
- Liaise with prison teams and ensure prisoner wages are processed
- Support Combat2Coffee’s mission and act as a positive brand ambassador
What We’re Looking For
- Prision experience/vetting in place an advantage
- Experience in cafés, hospitality or barista work
- Confident supervising or training others
- Organised, calm and able to run a smooth operation
- Comfortable working in a prison environment
- Passionate about helping people build new skills and opportunities
