Normans Cleaning is hiring a hard-working external cleaner to join our exterior cleaning team covering Hull and the surrounding area.
This is hands-on, physical, outdoor work. You will be jet washing driveways, clearing and cleaning gutters, and cleaning roofs from a tower. You will be trusted to manage your own scheduled jobs day to day, turn up on time, and get the work done to a high standard without being chased.
We want people who take pride in the result and graft hard. If you cut corners or need babysitting, this is not the job for you.
What you will be doing
- Pressure/jet washing driveways, patios and hard surfaces
- Gutter clearing and cleaning
- Roof cleaning and treatments
- Working safely at height
- Working through your own scheduled job list each day
- Representing Normans Cleaning professionally on every job
What you need (essential)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Confident and competent working at height
- Reliable, self-managing, strong work ethic
- Physically fit for daily manual work in all weather
- Punctual and able to work off your own schedule without supervision
Nice to have
- Previous jet washing or exterior cleaning experience
- Experience with gutter vacuum systems or roof cleaning
- Knowledge of working-at-height safety practices
