DB Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join our friendly, supportive team in Silsden, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in a professional environment, gaining hands on experience across all aspects of customer service whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn, this role offers real responsibility from day one; with full training and support provided throughout your apprenticeship.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing and managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy throughout
- Responding to inbound customer calls and emails, resolving queries and escalating where necessary
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system with customer information, interactions, and order history
- Assisting the sales team with customer follow-ups, quotations, and general sales support
- Working with warehouse and dispatch teams to monitor order progress and resolve fulfilment issues
- Liaising with the quality department on product queries, returns, and complaints
- Building product knowledge of DB Orthodontics’ specialist orthodontic range to confidently assist customers
- Completing all apprenticeship learning modules, off the job training, and assessments on time
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using email and Microsoft Office
- No prior experience required. Full training will be provided
