We are seeking a motivated and versatile Self Employed Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. As a Multi Trader, you will take ownership of your tasks, manage your workload efficiently, and contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects. Your expertise will help clients achieve their vision while maintaining safety and excellence at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of trades to meet project specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Fabricate materials or components as needed to ensure precise fit and finish for each project.
- Assess work sites to identify necessary repairs or improvements and plan appropriate actions accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, masonry,groundworks (all not necessary)
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or plans and execute tasks accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively as a self-employed professional.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in trades such as electrical or plumbing are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and understanding project needs.
