We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Services Executive to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving revenue through excellent service delivery and strategic account growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build proactive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication regarding existing bookings, future opportunities and any service updates.
2. Achieve revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Monitor client satisfaction and work closely with internal teams to address any issues, ensuring the highest level of service and customer retention.
5. Improve inbound quote-to-conversion ratio.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The candidate will;
– Actively seek out new opportunities within your client list, securing further work and projects.
– Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences, tailoring services and offerings to meet their requirements.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales.
QUOTING AND SCHEDULING
The candidate will;
– Handle inbound inquiries and create quotes using the company's quoting software.
– Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.
– Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
The candidate will;
– Use Pipedrive CRM to manage client accounts effectively and identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
– Prepare and present reports on client and revenue progress to senior management.
– Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.
PERSON REQUIREMENTS
The candidate will;
– Have proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
– Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
– A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
– Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.
