Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or kitchen operations is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and cash handling.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in upselling or suggestive selling techniques is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
