About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Branch Manager to lead our domiciliary care branches based in Christchurch and Poole.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care that meets CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support your office and care teams.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
- Oversee person-centred care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding.
- Manage recruitment, training, supervisions, and appraisals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection compliance.
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources effectively.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence in care

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete).
- Previous management experience in health or social care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
Desirable:
- Experience with specialist care (dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health).
