We take immense pride in our work and are now looking for an enthusiastic, driven Junior / Trainee Automotive Technician to join our close-knit, highly skilled workshop team.
The Role: This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in the prestigious supercar and classic car sector. Working alongside our senior master technicians, you will receive unrivaled, hands-on training and mentorship.
Your daily responsibilities will develop over time as you gain experience, initially involving:
- Supporting senior technicians with complex mechanical strip-downs and rebuilds.
- Learning specialized diagnostic techniques, precision servicing, and maintenance protocols.
- Workshop preparation, tool maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and world-class environment.
- Assisting with vehicle movement around our site.
- The role may also include doing the odd bit of parts collections when required as well as assisting with moving vehicles between the main workshop and our storage facility's.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Passion: A genuine, demonstrable obsession with classic, historic, and modern high-performance vehicles.
- Attributes: A strong work ethic, a highly self-motivated attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. You must take immense pride in the quality of your work.
- Teamwork: A reliable team player with excellent communication skills who is eager to absorb knowledge.
- License: A full, clean UK driving license is highly preferred due to the nature of moving customer vehicles.

- Longfield, Kent: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Public transport is very few and far between so you would require your own transport.
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
