Mobile Patrol Officer - Liverpool
Location: Liverpool (covering North West region)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes unpaid daily break
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
Job Summary
We are a growing and ambitious global company looking for a reliable and proactive Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team and oversee a portfolio of car parks and sites in and around Liverpool and across the North West of the UK. This is a mobile role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining safe, well‑managed environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, monitoring compliance, issuing Parking Charges when required, and carrying out routine site inspections to ensure standards are met. You’ll act as a visible presence on-site, identifying and reporting any issues while helping to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of each location.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Issuing Parking Charges
- Regular patrols of car park sites across your region
- General maintenance of sites when required
- Meeting Civil engineers and/or Surveyors on site when required
- Helping customer enquires while carrying out your daily tasks
- Forward planning your weekly journeys
What We’re Looking For:
- Full, Valid, UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Skilled at problem solving and decision making
- Works well under pressure
- Always happy to learn and improve skills
- Very flexible with work hours to suit the business
