Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar and dining area in compliance with health regulations
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest experiences through attentive service and positive interactions
- Collaborate with the General Manager on menu execution, restaurant workflow, and inventory management
- Supervise staff schedules, monitor performance, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements
- Must have previous experien as Bar/Restaurant Manager
- Supervising experience or team management skills within hospitality or hotel environments
- Hands-on experience with serving guests and managing restaurant service flow
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with barista skills & bar service
- Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality excellence
