We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leeds. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial vacancy through to placement.
- Conduct business development calls and attend client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
