The Role
As a Pizza & Pasta Chef, you'll play a key role in our kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta and Italian favourites to a consistently high standard.
- Work with fresh ingredients and quality produce.
- Ensure excellent presentation and consistency on every dish.
- Support the team during busy services.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock rotation, prep and kitchen organisation.
About You
- Previous experience working on a pizza or pasta section.
- Passion for Italian food and fresh cooking.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player.
