Priority Futures is excited to recruit caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our brand-new, high-specification 4-bed children’s residential home in Chester, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities.

Led by a highly experienced Registered Manager and supported by an experienced Director of Care/Responsible Individual with extensive operational and Ofsted leadership experience, Priority Futures is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and achieving meaningful outcomes for children.
About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people within the home, helping them to feel safe, valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
You will build positive relationships, support routines and activities, promote independence, and help create a warm and stable family-style environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to develop a rewarding career within residential childcare.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Has good communication and teamwork skills
* Is motivated to learn and develop within residential childcare
* Can provide a nurturing and child-centred approach to care
Essential Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
* Experience working with children or young people desirable but not essential
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare desirable (or willingness to work towards)
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
