Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Stove Sales & Showroom Manager to lead our showroom and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, advising customers on wood-burning, multi-fuel and gas stoves, and converting enquiries into sales.
This role combines sales, customer service, administration and showroom management, ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable advice and a seamless buying experience from initial enquiry through to installation.
Duties
- Welcome customers, build relationships and provide expert advice on stove products and heating solutions.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable appliances, flue systems and accessories.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up sales enquiries.
- Upsell complementary products including hearths, beams, surrounds, accessories and maintenance products.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all brands.
- Sales targets may be introduced
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or showroom environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop within a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous experience in the stove industry or administrative roles is preferred but not essential
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
