Duties
- Conduct thorough inventory checks to ensure accuracy for our customers
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements using Inventory Base property management software
- Collect and return keys to various agents using our services
- Keep the checkout reports as detailed as possible to help with swift deposit returns
- Follow proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone
- Perform regular audits of inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly to management
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry and inventory management systems such as Inventory Base or comparable platforms
- Office experience that demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
- Prior experience in property management roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform accurate data entry quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible schedule environment
- Ability wo work under pressure with time scales to adhere to.
