We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Bridgend and Port Talbot working on a shift basis, covering mornings (7am - 3pm) afternoons (3pm - 11pm) and nights (11pm - 7am).

The minimum contract we offer is 24 hours and the maximum is 48 hours and we can be flexible in terms of the shift pattern that you would want to work to ensure a comfortable work/life balance
This is a lone working role, focusing on support and guidance to young people in line with their support needs and support plans.
You will work closely with the Support Officer (Case Manager) in supporting the young people to develop independence skills, promoting safety and wellbeing and managing their accommodation in line with the Licence Agreement (Occupation Contract).
All posts are subject to satisfactory Enhanced Child and Adult DBS, Right to Work in the UK and Satisfactory References.
Pay: From £13.45 per hour
