Afternoon/Evening Warehouse Operative
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Approx. 16:00 – 23:00, Sunday to Friday (with one day off during the week)
Contract: Permanent

Adams Wholesale is looking for a motivated and reliable Afternoon/Evening Warehouse Operative to join our growing, family-run team based in Worthing. You’ll be part of a hardworking group that supports our valued customers across the South East of England.
This is a permanent role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that gets the job done – and has a bit of fun along the way!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Collecting missing items to complete orders
- Handling and loading frozen goods
- Serving customers at our warehouse front
- General tidying and organisation of the warehouse
- Rotating and putting away stock from deliveries
- Working closely with your teammates to meet daily targets
Who we’re looking for:
- Great customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Able to read and write in English
- Physically fit and healthy – this is a hands-on, active role
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pickers Bonus – Earn an extra £10 per shift!
Hit an average of 8 orders per hour with a 10% or lower mistake rate, and you’ll earn an additional £10.00 per day. Ask us more about this when you apply!
