Jacqueline Webb & Co have been one of the UK's leading providers of expert reports to solicitors for 40 years. Our customers are Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury solicitors across the country and our experts are located throughout the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our New Case Allocation team based in Salisbury. This team discusses each new case with the instructing solicitor to understand exactly the requirements of the case. We then match each case with the most appropriate J Webb expert around the country, and produce a quotation for the approval of the solicitor. Once approved, the case details are entered into our internal management system.
No previous medical experience is required although if you are not comfortable discussing medical conditions, this job is not for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with solicitors via phone and email to discuss case details.
- Using internal search tools to identify the most suitable expert for each case.
- Producing an accurate quotation document.
- Adding new cases to our in-house system.
- Managing and prioritising to maintain high service standards.
- Ensuring timely booking of assessments by experts.
- Coordinating with solicitors to obtain all required documentation within set deadlines.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Collaborative team player.
The starting salary is £28k per annum with good salary growth opportunities.
