Pay Rates
We offer a two tier payment structure - our payment structure is designed to reward handwork and productivity.
TIER ONE - FIXED DAY RATE
£170+20% VAT £204 Per Day = £ 1,224.00 PER WEEK - Design around 80-110 stop per day for driver who want a good work life balance
TIER TWO - HIGH PERFORMERS
£220+ +20% VAT £264+ Per Day = £ 1,584+ PER WEEK - Designed to reward drivers who are highly financially driven. We believe you should be paid fairly for hard work!! Drivers who complete routes 110-140+ stops will be paid the increased rate with no cap on driver who perform well.

Job Description
We are seeking an efficient and organised Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team in Snetteron - DPD, supporting DPDs fast-paced delivery network. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load company vehicles and deliver packages to multiple destinations daily
- Operate delivery vehicles safely, adhering to all UK traffic laws and regulations
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report any issues or defects
- Deliver exceptional customer service while complying with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year, with no more than 6 penalty points and no active disqualifications.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of safely lifting and handling packages
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends as required.
