The role
You will support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting clients with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Assisting with daily routines and household tasks
- Recording care accurately
- Reporting any changes or concerns promptly
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
About you
We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate and takes pride in providing excellent care.
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability for a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
- A reliable and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine desire to support people within their own homes
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
