I'm working on exciting Front of House Receptionist opportunities within a corporate, professional environment in Leeds city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
The RoleYou'll play a key part in delivering a world-class front-of-house experience, supporting everything from reception and concierge services through to meeting room and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and guests, delivering a professional and friendly first impression
- Managing meeting room bookings, set-ups, and configurations
- Coordinating catering, AV, and equipment for meetings and events
- Supporting clients with in-room technology, including teams and video conferencing
- Troubleshooting AV issues and liaising with technical teams
- Providing a concierge-style service (taxis, restaurants, general queries)
- Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings and events
- Liaising with internal teams including facilities, catering, and IT
- Maintaining presentation and organisation of all client-facing areas
- Handling enquiries via phone and email efficiently
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and reporting
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, front of house, or customer-facing roles
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and AV systems (desirable)
- Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
- A real team player with a "can-do" attitude
