About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a welcoming, professional, and nurturing experience from the moment they step through our doors. Our practice specialises in a neurologically-based chiropractic technique designed to improve nervous system regulation and overall well-being, alongside massage therapy services that support our clients' health journeys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Front Desk Operations – Booking & amending client appointments, handling payments, and managing daily clinic flow
Client Support – Welcoming clients, answering queries, and following up on consultations with professionalism and care
Phone & Admin Work – Confidently handling client calls, including booking inquiries and follow-ups (not a telesales role, but does involve outreach)
Team Collaboration – Working alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, and fellow front-of-house team members (our "Care Advocates")
Personal Health Journey – As part of your role, you’ll receive Neurologically Focused Chiropractic care to better understand our clients' experience and support your own well-being
